Dr. Bassin is extremely professional, he explains everything before he does it. He is very patient and caring.

I usually have a very good experience at Dr. Bassin's office. I am never left waiting more than 10 minutes (if at all). The receptionists are always kind and friendly and greet me by name. Dr. Bassin has an excellent pain-free tool for finding cavities and detecting early decay way earlier than a simple x-ray. My mouth is extremly sensitive and I've had some awfully rough and painful dental experiences from the age of 7, when a dentist implanted a retainer that eventually left 2 large, long, deep and permanent splits down the sides of my tongue. This was despite me crying and telling her for 3 months that it hurt and was too tight. I even used to cry when I'd ge my teeth cleaned! I've been with Dr. Bassin for more than 10 years and he continues to treat me and all his patients as gentle as humanly possible. My whole family sees him. Dr. Bassin has also kept up with technology and even has a system that will text you to confirm your appointment! For me, Dr. Bassin's office is the gold standard in dental care.
